ABOUT ME

I'm Ana, I'm living in a small country called Slovenia.

I'm a big big music fan. Most of my time I spend practicing, listening or playing saxophone. I like going to concerts, festivals,... experiencing new things, trying new food, making new friends, going out. And I love the seaside in every possible way.

Most of the time I'm easygoing - I like those afternoons when you're talking with your friend while drinking coffee and listening to the ocean. I like lying in the grass doing nothing, time without worries and stress of the usual day.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

First I'd like to apologize to all unresponded messages I've got over the past two years. I was not really active on the site before.

Now I'm on Couchsurfing to hopefully give a place to others and show all the amazing travelers how beautiful Slovenia really is :).

兴趣

Mostly during day weeks I'm at the university or rehearsing or working (yep, money makes the world go round unfortunately).
Everyday I try to take time for my friends and go on a coffee with them. During weekends I go out, go dancing, to concerts or on a short trip.

I try to travel as much as I can (= as much as my finance let me) during school breaks. In winter I like to go skiing or snowboarding and in summer I love spending time at the seaside. Nothing beats a sound of the waves bumping. I like the beat of the life you feel during summer. Everyone seems happier and more relaxed. Something in the air is different :).

Jazz musicians in so many different forms. Beside jazz I mainly listen to various indie/rock bands.

One of my favorite Slovenian author is Nejc Gazvoda (I hope you will be able to read some of his work someday).
Nowadays I read mostly poems. Jacques Prevert and Frederico Garcia Lorca are my favorites. Also a big fan of Umberto Galimberti's work.
