HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very excited that something like couch surfing exists and so I participate by spreading the word and hosting/surfing whenever the opportunity presents itself. I also try to suggest couch surfing whenever any friend is talking about traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music can affect my mood just as strongly as people, it picks me up and puts me down, without the added bullshit that most people provide. It’s what fills my head and makes for better life days. Currently I listen to a lot of folk punk (The Wild, Andy the Doorbum, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Mountain Goats, etc.) and folk (Horse Feathers, The Dodos, Johnny Flynn, Tallest Man of Earth).

As far as books are concerned I always seem to be in a perpetual state of reading, and because of this I have entirely too many favorite books. I'm currently reading Doris, which is a collection of zines by Cindy Crabb and The Complete Works of e.e.cummings. And in the words of Charlie from The Perks of Being a Wallflower: "It is now my favorite book of all time, but then again, I always think that until i read another book."

Teach, Learn, Share

A friend once told me, "If the lamp has already been broken don't stop playing baseball in the living room."
