About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live and learn - Life is a constant Evolution!

ABOUT ME

I love traveling (I have been to Japan, Mexico, Canada, India and around the US), learning new languages, writing and reading, cooking, playing music and being happy! I love the outdoors and animals too!

PHILOSOPHY

Everything in life happens for a reason. All the good and the bad, each thing contains a lesson and an opportunity to grow. Humans are survivors, all we can do is hold on until the storm passes and rejoice at the light of each new dawn. There is no room for sadness or hate, these feelings only set us back in our personal evolution. All I can do is contribute to the growth of my community (and I'd love to do this by being a doctor). All I can do is to be happy and do my best.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to network; it is often very beneficial to know people all across the country (or world). Acceptance helps break barriers in collective thought and problem solving. The world today is more and more becoming a global community - which ideally can become a setting for understanding and equality. It is one of my great hopes that the human race will come together in the face of hardships rather than turn against each other, for if the latter becomes the case we chain ourselves to our own destruction. Long story short, Love one another! For Love is Light! <3

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My host family in Chennai hosted an number of amazing individuals from Malaysia, Portugal and France (the list goes on).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In all of my travels, I have been to many temples, shrines, places of worship sanctuary. I myself am spiritual, and have never really conformed to any faith in particular. Everywhere I have gone, I have been moved to tears by the faith and the grace of those who revere the unknown. The same presence inhabits all of these places and I can always see love radiating from these people. Every faith teaches the same thing, treat others how you wish to be treated. Humans everywhere and dealing with the same internal struggles, and I find it to be beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you the basics of cake baking, give/recommend you many great books, share with you knowledge I've gleaned from my own travels. I always want to learn! Musical endeavors are next up on my list.
