About Me
Hello! I am Anastasia and currently I am living in Belgium, doing my Master's in Philosophy at KU Leuven (Flanders). being originally from Ukraine, I enjoy traveling in Europe, as I find the biggest pleasure in meeting new culture, new food, and new people. I can always offer a nice philosophical conversation and expand your knowledge in philosophical background of all the cultural and political changes in the world:)
Aside from philosophy, I also do yoga (ashtanga-vinyasa) and running, but I do not restrict myself to vegan and alcohol-free diet, as I believe such decision should come naturally, not by force of mind.
A a guest, I am polite and hardly noticeable. However, if a host is willing to spend time together, I will be just happy. In this case I promise to bring some good wine and create a comfortable atmosphere:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The more I travel, the more I see how much people are alike. At first it seemed difficult to overcome language and cultural barrier, but experience of being in international student environment made me take every meeting with a new person as a challenge - to understand the world of the person, imagine his or her childhood and by thus expand my own worldview. Additionally, my hobby is creative writing, and I often write about the people I meet.
