Music, Movies, and Books

To be honest I have no idea how to emphasize a concrete artist or masterpiece I am fond of because the field of my interests is larger than the country where I live. The art for me is a way to expand horizons.
I am always ready to discuss a peculiarity of Neptune orbiting and limitations of artificial intelligence. Or any other topic you are interested in :)

Below you can see a mess that pieces my interests together.

Music: new wave, ambient, indie, lo-fi, classics, 70-80s. Aphex Twin, Apparat, Interpol, Joy Division, New Order, John Tejada, Moderat, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Grace Jones, Motorama, Future Islands, The Smiths. Some odd Russian artists like Egor Letov, Krovostok or Gromyka.

Movies: Lynch, french new wave (an admirer of Godard), Italian neorealism (especially Visconti and Antonioni), The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari by Wiene, American independent cinema (ie Coens, Tarantino), arthouse, Balabanov. TV-series: Twin Peaks, Game of Thrones.

Books: Cortazar, Nietzsche, Eco, Hesse, Foucault, Barthes, Acemoglu+Robinson

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

August 2017: been traveling with 300euros and hitchhiking over 1000km in Europe for a whole month.

2019: in sum, I've spent more than a month in NYC.

Hint: beer and cheese, that's a combination!

Teach, Learn, Share

Can show you weird Russian (90s and contemporary) musicians or neo-conceptualists. Love weirdos!
