CURRENT MISSION

This June we are going to the Netherlands, firstly we are planning to spend a week in Amsterdam, then to move to Eindhoven, where Alexander is taking part in the science conference. (23.06 - 28.06 - we are in Amsterdam, 29.06- 3.07 - in Eindhoven)
we are not going to smoke any stuff or eat funny cakes, as usual tourists do in Amsterdam. Because we believe life can be wonderful without any doping.

We are friendly and cheerful) Quiet and nice couple. We have been together for 7 years yet, and we like to explore the world together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We don't have any couchserfing experience yet, but we hope to. It could be nice to go to some new places in search of adventure and meet nice people who can open for us something extraordinary and exciting.
We realise that being a host means to do a big favor for those who you accept, and we promise to be grateful and respect all your opinions and desiers.

Interests

We are curious and interested in cultures of different countries. We'd glad to see some unusual places and meet new friends.
Some time ago we began to practice mountain climbing and mountaineering (hiking), and we are dreaming about a camping trip into the mountains.
Alexander: football, basketball, table games, rock climbing, mountaineering, riding a bike.
Anastasia: I like nature, animals, sport (such as swimming, yoga, horseriding, rollerskating and bikes), art and learning languages. I keen on ecology and philosophy, learn Italian and like to sew.

Music, Movies, and Books

Alexander: Nirvana, Noize MC, Muse, Lumen. Movies: Good Will Hunting, Exam, Books: Atlas Shrugged.
Anastasia: l like folk, rock(not hard), quiet pleasant music,The Beatles, Radiohead, The Smiths, Regina Spector, Beirut and so on. Movies: Into the wild, Mr. Nobody, Forest Gump, Eat Pray Love, Amelie, Black Swan, Life of Pi, Vanilla sky, The tree of life. There are a lot of books which impressed me and changed my life. Too much.

Cook some Russian meals for you, tell about our country, which is a bit strange and unusual - situated between Europe and Asia, it absorbs a lot from both of them and at the same time it's totally different and multifarious.
