About Me
Hello beautiful people,
my name is Ana, I was born and raised in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Lived there almost all my life, but for the last five years I'm traveling and exploring the world.
I spend some time living and studying in Mexico, traveled to Cuba, did volunteering work in Nicaragua and Guatemala, visited Thailand and Sri Lanka as well as some countries of Europe.
I enjoy meeting new people, listen and share stories and life experiences. I believe that meeting locals is the best way to get to know the place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to find new friends and spend as much time with local people as I can because I believe that it will help me to feel the culture of the countries I visit.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
Prefer to read non-fiction, psychology or self improvement books.
From famous russian authors I like Dostoevsky a lot.
Music:
I like to listen ambient calm music or modern jazz music as a background.
Anyways, I'm so bad at music, so I can't say that I have a good taste and I can enjoy listening to any kind of music :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think we all are doing amazing things everyday :)
Went to Cuba with one-way ticket, without knowledge of Spanish language. Hitchhiked through half of Mexico by myself.
Did volunteering work at Nicaragua island and gave English lessons to kids in rural village.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm sure we can share some stories, I just loooove listening to people.
Walk and explore places, ride bicycles o practice some yoga?
