Hello! We are Anton and Nastya - residents of the village in the Kostroma region of Russia.
We are living near the forest, and the field. Here we draw inspiration to create our little miracles in the workshop "Spirit of the Forest" (Дух Леса) - workshop of wooden products.
We live in a love of nature and all living things. We are trying to share this feeling with everyone, through the our activity.
It happens that guests from the city come to us to plunge into the atmosphere of magic and beauty that we have created around us. Nastya teaches to bake yeast-free bread, according to old recipes in our old-fashioned Russian oven. Anton share woodworking skills. We are just have fun)) And, we are very happy to live here in the countryside and are happy to share experiences and inspire people.
Another of our joint hobbies is music! Anton plays the guitar and gusli, invents melodies. Nastya sings, improvises. In particular, we like to singinging mantras, sometimes we perform in front of the audience.

"Anton is a jack of all trades! In the morning he leaves the house and disappears into the workshop, painstakingly creating our wooden cutting boards, or maybe he builds a bathhouse, or maybe invents something for our house, every day he works to our country seat, and our house have become a little more beautiful ... He has an unconventional creative look at everything. And I sometimes wonder at his ideas. It seems he makes the impossible possible. Anton is of those few people who are not spends time on social networks. This is probably why he has so much time for creation.

I live and try to be Alive, try to thank every day of my life, to love, to be honest with myself and with the world.
I teach Yoga and body practices for women ... I am engaged in herbal science and tree science. All of this i apply together and create women's seminars on the nature".

Привет! Мы - Антон и Настя. Жители деревни в Костромской области.
Живем рядом с лесом, полем и речкой. Здесь черпаем вдохновение, чтобы творить свои маленькие чудеса в мастерской Дух Леса... мастерской деревянных изделий.
Мы любим все живое, что нас окружает, и делимся этим со всеми, через наше творчество.
Бывает к нам приезжают гости из города, чтобы окунуться в эту атмосферу волшебства и красоты, что мы создали вокруг себя. Настя учит печь бездрожжевой хлеб, по старинным рецептам в нашей русской печи. Антон делиться навыками работы с деревом. У нас просто хорошо)) и, мы очень счастливы жить здесь и с радостью делимся опытом и вдохновляем тех, кто тоже задумывается об экологичной жизни рядом с природой.
Еще одно наше совместное увлечение - это музыка! Антон играет на гитаре и гуслях, придумывает мелодии. Настя поет, импровизирует. В особенности нам нравится исполнять мантры, иногда мы выступаем.

"Антон - на все руки мастер! С утра выходит из дома и пропадает в мастерской, кропотливо создавая наши деревянные разделочные доски, а может быть он баню строит, а может что-то изобретает для нашего дома, каждый день он трудится для того, чтобы наше поместье и наш дом стали чуточку прекрасей... У него нестандартный творческий взгляд на все. И я порой удивляюсь его задумкам, кажется он делает невозможное возможным. Антон их тех немногих людей, кто не сидит в соц. сетях. Наверно поэтому у него столько времени для своих больших дел!

Расскажу немного про себя
Я живу и стараюсь быть Живой! Благодарить каждый день своей жизни, любить, быть честной с собой и с миром.
Я преподаю Йогу, женские и телеснозвуковые практики... занимаюсь траво- и древоведением. Все это сливается воедино и выливается в женские семинары, женские круги"
