About Me

I study animation and CG graphics in Saint-Petersburg. I like the lifestyle of people from cinema industry. I am energetic and ambitious person, rather introverted, but people used to say that time spent with me is extremely interesting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was working with people of different nations in student project and this is usual for me to communicate with international community. My hippie-like friends introduced me into couchsurfing.

Interests

My hobbie (and job) is animation and I am interested in different styles of impression, theory of modern art and animation backstage. I like to imaginate how our world could look in future. My favourite genres of books and films are road-movie, philosophical and adventurous. I often take stereophotos in every journey and make a set of postcards. I was filming in China and after returning started studying chinese to come back for a work. Also I am fan of pizza and ice cream and like to make surprises for my friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lost in Tibetan mountains while filming a time lapse and then found a road using my knowledge of hiking

I betted to my teacher that I will jump into the North sea in September and did it (this a kind of tradition in our university)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the basic knowledge of animation and puppet-making and show some cartoons made by my friends from university. I can tell the stories about travelling in deep Chinese outback provinces and Russian North and tell something about the culture of co-livings and communas in former USSR.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a superheroic skill of cleaning-up mess. Also I like to give stereophoto-postcards I made to every good fellow for a memory.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Netherlands
