About Me

Hi! My name is Anastasiia. I am a sociable and cheerful person. I used to be a member (and head) of a discussion club. Maybe that's why I like to discuss different topics and problems. I am open to dialogue and new information. I will be happy to share my travel experiences and funny stories.
I like to go hiking, and I also like to travel by hitchhiking. I love Asian cuisine and cook by myself. I like tea ceremonies. The most heartfelt conversations take place at night in the kitchen over a cup of tea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock, jazz, classical music. I also listen to podcasts.
My favorite authors, Remark, King, Arthur Hailey, Dostoevsky. I like to read classics; about dystopia; post-apocalypse. I also like Japanese literature. For the first time I got acquainted with Japanese literature in childhood, after reading the book "Tsugumi" by the author Banana Yoshimoto. After that, I read all her books translated into Russian. I also like the work of Haruki Murakami.
I like films in the genre: fiction; based on real events; adventures and good comedies. Since childhood, I have loved the films of Luc Besson. I am ready to review his films many times (especially "Wasabi"). Interesting pictures are shot by Korean director Kim Ki Duk. His films are not for the general public, he reveals problems from a different angle as we are used to seeing him. After each of his paintings, I want to retire to rethink what I saw.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most vivid emotions I received from ropejumping .
Watching the starfall on Lake Baikal.
Swimming at night with plankton.
