Overview
About Me
Boring vital stuff:
– working for the Ukrainian part of the Open Society Foundations network as a communications coordinator;
– was involved in a book & cultural journalism, charity, digital marketing. Now I combine the Uni study with a work for NGO which is promoting clean tech, green energy and, of course, bright future :);
– try to make each "away-from-keyboard-experience" as intense and vivid as possible (that's why I'm here).
Not that boring stuff:
– dancing type person;
– author of an artistic (to my mind) and weird (to some other people mind:) Instagram profile @ivshnastia;
– still dream about a perfect impactful job;
– still believe in people and want to interact with them more :) ;
– at least twice a week change the topic of my future Ph.D. research (but it will be in social science for sure);
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I said, I still believe in people and try to make each "away-from-keyboard-experience" as intense and vivid as possible. The biggest happiness for me is when people host me at their place and when I have a chance to host them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It was an August evening in Kyiv when together with my friend we bathed in a fountain after an unexpected heavy rain and then went to crowded McDonald's, took coffee and totally wet just sat on the floor. After 10 min of this performance, a McDonald's worker brought us two chairs :)
