Hi, my name is Anastasios, or, if you prefer a shorter version, Tasos.

I have been creating in my dedicated atelier in the northern suburbs of Athens since 2013. My first exhibition was in 2008 at Kentro Texnon Plaka when I was still 16 years old. Since then, I have exhibited my work in Athens, Brighton, Barcelona, Dubai, and London.

My ideal life is simple: to create with a monk's mindset.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because it aligns with my passion for art and interconnectedness. My work as an interdisciplinary artist focuses on themes of interconnectivity and perpetual change, reflecting the idea that humans evolve and grow through interactions. This point of view extends to my journeys.

I want to immerse myself in different cultures and connect deeply with people from diverse backgrounds. Couchsurfing offers a unique platform to achieve this, allowing me to stay with locals, share real-life stories, and understand the world through their eyes.

Couchsurfing informs my art—bridging gaps, widening understanding, and co-creating a free, beautiful, collective human experience.
