As much as I like to talk about myself I will try to keep it simple. I'm Anastasios which in Greek language means resurrection. We celebrate this day like a sort of rebirth after the ordeals of fasting, and it's no coincidence that the date is placed during Spring. I spent my days in a small village on Crete, giving yoga and pilates classes. I'm also being part of a cooperative that has a coffee shop, multipurpose space, making products from the local resources and many other actions, all this in an attempt to find more sustainables ways of collaborating with equal rights and through communication. My favorite music is the live music. When many people in a space share the experience playing an instrument, singing, dancing, enjoying.
I like movies that I think about them the next day.
As for books I am now reading "Illness As a Language of the Soul" from Ruediger Dahlke
