About Me

A German word "Wanderlust" fits perfectly to describe one of my main passions that made me joining the CS community. It seems like I'm guite easygoing and open person, calm-tempered, but optimistic and enthusiastic. I find pleasure in exploring new places, cultures and meeting new people (especially during my solo trips). Random fact about me: I find frogs, parrots and ant-bears adorable, but a bit scared of sloths and moths sometimes (kinda funny that they rhyme :D).
I prefer active and entertaining pastime like walking around, hiking, riding a bike, doing sports (my favourites are tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball and swimming), visiting museums, theaters and galleries, playing games (I mean boardgames and so one, guite good at table football btw) and discovering something new, an anime and manga fan, love spending time in nature and outdoor activities in general.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling makes me feel alive, full and connected to the world. One of the best things in travelling that I value the most is the feeling of discovering smth. Actually, we can experience it even at home while reading a book, finding a new unusual road home with this lovely tree down the street or meeting other people. So I am here on CS to explore myself, the world and people around me.

One Belarusian poet said once: "You schould see the other countries to love your own" and I definitely agree.

Music, Movies, and Books

Y.N. Harari, Umberto Eco, O. Henry, E.M. Remarque, J.S. Foer, G.D. Roberts, W.G. Golding, Richard Aldington, J.L. Tieck

A little bit of everything to be honest:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm eager to practice languages I already know and try on new ones. Since I was a kid I have been dreaming to learn Japanese, maybe one day😄.
I'm vegetarian, vegan most of the time, so I'm in constant search for new good recipes:)
From time to time I play the piano myself and relish others performing live even more. I am a bad singer, but if our music tastes match, why not having an improvised karaoke?
I admire various kinds of art and would love to know more about it, especially painting, opera and ballet and music.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my company and experience. Of course it's not enormous, but it worth smth:) Most of the time I am energetic, ready to take day long walks, see around, do sports, play games and share some cooking routine togeather. For sure, putting in cosy evenings watching movies, meeting sunsets and having soulful conversations I enjoy no less and hope to have with hosts and new friends I meet.
