I haven't been on Couchsurfing for some time, I used to host and surf a lot! Currently not in a position to host but potentially available to meet up in Barcelona :)

I have a keen interest in the lines between health and wellness, yoga and the body, psychology, making music, meditation, and evolution. I currently focus on teaching yoga and am happy to share this wonderful practice with those I meet.

I have also been DJing more recently and keen to share tunes and methods, especially about Ableton software
