My name is Ancil Gonzales and I'm a digital nomad from the tiny and chill Caribbean island of Trinidad. I own the blog Trinikid and I get a couple hundred thousand readers a month. I have been travelling the world for three years now and I have no plans on stopping. I have never actually used Couchsurfing before and if you accept me, you will be my first Couchsurfing host. I usually stay in hostels and Airbnb but I would love to explore this as a new form of accommodation. I've stayed in tons of hostels and I've usually gotten a very touristy experience but I feel like crashing with a local for a few days would give me a better sense of a city as well as save money, even though I am more than able to pay a few dollars for a couch.
