About Me
🌍 Hey there! I'm currently a CS master's student moving to Norway this summer and staying anywhere from 6 months to 1 year, depending on how quickly I fall in love with the country.
Pre-covid, my backpack and I chased the solo traveler's dream around Europe — sadly cut short, but I’m itching to hit the road again! ✈️
I am a gym addict, so finding the perfect workout spot is a must wherever I travel. I am in love with conquering mountain trails, cycling and swimming in mountain lakes (though I've often skipped on these activities in the past year). But, I find just as much joy curling up at home with a warm cup of tea and great conversations with friends. 🚴♂️🍵
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe the best part of traveling is the people you meet along the way. While my focus is on Norway, I'm always open to connect with individuals from all around, share stories and legends from my homeland, and learn about theirs. Whether it's exploring local customs or exchanging tales from around the globe, I'm here for all of it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am a fairly shy person who is slowly but surely overcoming that due to the love of meeting new people. So, you can imagine how much I dreaded public speaking—I would freeze on stage and turn completely red.
In order to better myself, I became a Teaching Assistant at my University (a role available to those who have good results after you complete your Bachelor's degree). Even though all eyes are on me now, I enjoy this experience immensely. It might even be my calling, something I would've never guessed unless I had taken the leap.
Teach, Learn, Share
👩🏫 Teach: I can offer insights into overcoming shyness haha + sharing the unique cultural aspects of the countries I've lived in + my homeland which is a country that broke free from communism in 1989 and has a rich history.
📘 Learn: I want to know about the Norwegian culture (but not only), understanding the local customs, job market, and ways of life. Would love to learn from the experiences of locals and fellow travelers.
