ABOUT ME

Taner, 26 years old, from Istanbul / Turkey. I'm a Mechanical Engineer and I've been studying Mechanical Engineering (Design & Manufacturing, MSc) at Gebze Institute of Technology.

Many people describe me as a social and funny guy as well as helpful, sometimes crazy :)

I love travelling. I've been to Germany, Austria, Spain, Greece, Cuba, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, France, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia so far.

I've been living for a while in Germany, Bochum as an Erasmus Student (Ruhr University).

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a socialist and I believe that all people should be equal like once upon a time (when they were babies).

And... "Everyone needs help from someone."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host you for a while. I stay in a dormitory, which is very close to Ruhr University. Soon I will move into a flat which located in Istanbul (On September). You are wellcome to Turkey as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a good experience for 5 days in Dortmund through CS. I was the guest and we spent very good time with my host. Everything was great.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The Gezi Resistance, in Turkey. It was an uprising of our people. I spent all my 15 days in Gezi Parki and camped there for a couple of days.

Wacken Festival, in Germany. It was the best festival I have ever seen.

Erasmus in Germany. It was one of the best experience I have ever gotten so far.
