I work on an organic vegetable farm back home in Bethlehem, PA. I enjoy working hard and enjoying the fruits of my labor. I love to cook. I love cooking with others or even just the company of others. People inspire me. I am able to shift my day from bad to good with just the company of good people.
I love animals and am very connected with my dogs and cats. I think I am part puppy.

I'm late to the art of traveling. I've had a lot of set backs in my younger years that have delayed my branching out to new places.
I am a small town girl trying to see new parts of this country. I finally find myself living a more free life then ever before that allows me to try new things. I'm enjoying the new places I've seen in the last year and the amazing new people and connections I have made.

At home I am a daytime farmer and Yoga Dance teacher. I also dog sit regularly and play roller derby competitively.

One of the great parts of my experience traveling has been meeting the people. I have started to enjoy traveling alone and am always interested in making new friends along the way.
I wanted to travel inexpensively, and meet some locals for a better experience.

I'm really into Cohen Brothers and Martin Mcdonagh movies.
I saw Call Me By Your Name recently and think it is an absolute cinematic masterpiece.
I watch far more TV then movies lately because when I like something I don't want it to end.
My favorites are Jesssica Jones, Buffy, Fringe, Twin Peaks, Freaks and Geeks. And can enjoy a silly comedy like New Girl or Community.

I listen to audio books and pod casts a lot while I am working or driving.
I only allow myself to reference Harry Potter once a day. Three times tops!
I adore His Mortal Instruments series. Lyra is one of my favorite heroins. I used to work as a youth librarian so I really got into YA.
Lately I've been into mystery books because the page turners keep me engaged and wanting more. So juicy!

I spent the last 10+ years of my life as my Grandmother's friend and companion. I took care of her until her last day of life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach Yoga Dance and love any opportunity to dance with people. This form of dancing is based in the practice of yoga (wholeness) and working through your chakras (energy zones in the body). Moving in your own time and style through posses and dance moves with intention. And enjoying the space with others. This is not a solo practice, which is why I love it so much.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very generous and friendly. I can cook! and would be more than happy to cook you some of my best dishes. Or share in the activity of cooking together! I can walk your dog and water your plants. I can share in conversation or give you whatever space you need.
