I have found when i honor what is, stay clear & real with the moment, than i can navigate this life movie much easier. Music, Movies, and Books

one of my newest favorite books,,,,one of the oldest books on the planet is a tibetian book, retranslated, called the ¨Diamond Cutter¨.
i love all music, especially if it has a groove,,dancing is one of my loves in this life.
Lately is all about the Kirtian Devotional music, deva premal, krishna dos, jai Uttal....Bagavan Das....love it.... and of course,,,Wide Spread Panic & GDead & Hertz vibrations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one thing that comes to mind is....trekkin to the far reaches on the bolivian amazonia, multiple daze by boat and living deep in the pongo, while harvesting wild cacao with the natives of the area. Swimming with fresh water Pink dolphins, aligators, phirrahns, anacondias and experiencing one of the wildest places left on this planet...¨The Grande Patiti¨ or some call it "The Lost Islands of the Lemurians".

There are so many different nature encounters that come up,,,one that hits home is,,,,summiting Mount Shasta, at sunrise, 4133 meters and 12 hours of climbing up sheer cliffs of ice and snow,deathtifying, all to be blessed by the first light of a new sunny day....first step on the top ridge, getting a full face shot of the first ray of the sun...That trek was with my best friend of the time, my dog Lesh, the treker of all trekers....off the hook!

Feelin the force and power of nature, one day late in the afternoon, surfin in costa rica, big day in the water,as far as the size of the waves goes. Lookin up and seeing like a set of the freakest waves eva,,,,some towering triple overhead wave barreling towards us,,paddling like my life depended on it, and it did...getting caught in front of the break and diving for my life, being held under, thrown like a dish towel, and coming up close to drowned, and having to do it all again.....like 3 more times maybe four. and living to tell the tale...Mama ocean is fo realz.

i have a food gift, i love to learn new things, about the ways of the humans, and how they can create amazing sustainable community...i share all that comes into my life...its all here now, live and let live..we are all coming home, if we choose...
one of my specialties is detox with rawfoods/minerals/mms/superfoodz ::a couple of other techniques..im here to help the humans understand the need to keep our temples shinny and bright...secrets of the ancients...pure body pure spirit...love love love thyself!
