ABOUT ME

I could say that I love travelling and meeting new people from different culture, but that would be to exaggerate, not entirely true and frankly not something that would give you an of who I am (a alot of those on couchsurfing no?). The thing that really gets my going though is languages and educating myself in different languages, living in societies that are not the one I am used to and trying, however kliché it might sound, learn something about the world and myself. Therefore i have been studying Arabic in Egypt for half a year now.And if I should say something about me personally I would say that i laugh (loud) at daring irony and doesn't like unbelievable ignorance and indifference. Often have a book in my hand - philosophy, sociology, politics, history, litterature but not crime - and music to relax my poor nerves i my ears. Can easily get caught up in long conversations about almost everything as long as it's not about sports. And of course i DO enjoy people. As well as having a beer, a glas of good red wine and/or staying up all night doing silly, but funny, things.

I've almost only had good experience with CS - hosting as well as surfing.

Intereses

Politics, movies with chain-smoking antiheroes, dreamish alternative music, juicy literature (preferably french), walking, travelling and everything else that can catch my attention depending on what kind of state of mind I'm in.
