My husband and I plan to travel to German and Austria this fall to experience the culture and food of the area, to visit family and to research our family history.

We've had the pleasure of hosting/meeting many persons from different countries over the years and have enjoyed learning from other's experiences/travels.

I'm new to CS, but have had very positive experiences both hosting and couching.

Meeting new people and learning about/from them, traveling to new places and experiencing/learning about the land, history, food and culture of different areas. A lot of my time is spent in volunteer work, gardening, cooking, biking, hiking and traveling with my husband, Fred, and/or friends or sometimes alone.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love a variety of music from steel drums to classical depending on the day, movies that inspire and/or entertain, and a variety of books especially historical novels, and healthy cookbooks.

There are so many experiences...sunrise over the Grand Canyon, hiking to Hidden Lake in Glacier National Park, watching the Aurora Borealis, experiencing the "Super bloom" in Death Valley National Park...
