About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel the world, learn languages and meet interesting people!
ABOUT ME
I currently live in Valencia, Spain to improve my Spanish. I have spent a couple of years working and travelling, and I studied English at the University of Oslo for one year. In February I´m moving to Australia to study architecture, so meanwhile I´m just trying to travel as much as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Follow your instincts and your heart. Life is too short to live after conventions set by society - although some common sense should probably be applied:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I have hosted one couchsurfer and surfed a few couches around the world, and so far I have only had positive experiences.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a couple of really great couchsurfing experiences on my inter-rail last summer. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and fun, showed us around the places we visited and introduced us to a couple of their friends. One place, we even got fresh espresso served in our room in the morning... Thanks Pietro!
Interests
I snowboard whenever I get the opportunity, although it has been too long since last time. I travelled last winter, so I really hope to make a few trips to the mountains this year. I also play a bit of volleyball - in-door and beach - and I enjoy mostly every sport. I have lately developed an interest for juggling, which has resulted in many a frustrating moment on the living room floor. Music tends to preoccupy me a great deal too. I used to play in a punkrock band and hope to play in a band again, but at the moment I am bandless.

At the moment I´d have to say that my favourite authors are Tom Robbins, Erlend Loe, Lars Saabye Christensen, Charles Bukowski, Jack Kerouac, Oscar Wilde +++
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went back-packing through Brazil January/February 2007. Amazing! Go there:)
Went in an inter-rail this summer (2008) through Germany and down to Italy, where we travelled around for a couple of weeks. It was amazing, although Rome can be a little too hot in the summer...
Went backpacking through Southeast-Asia, Australia, South-, Central- and North-America from February to July 2009. I am positive that it was the best decission I have ever made.
Teach, Learn, Share
