Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I try to be a good host and a good surfer, and spread the word about this project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a few times, and I find it very enjoyable! It's a good way to get under the skin of the culture you're vising. I feel a bit sad about all the couches I haven't tried yet.

Interests

Cooking, watching a film, hiking, board games... I appreciate a few beers every now and then.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all forms of music, especially jazz, rock and irish folk. I read a lot, and am a big fan of Orhan Pamuk and Terry Pratchett. I like many types of films, but if Will Ferrel ain't in it I can't be sure to like it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to pick just one, but I guess hitchhiking through the Australian outback was pretty neat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you skiing (cross-country, downhill and telemark), and how to play a mean game of tetris. I could also teach you about my research into behavioural economics, game theory, urban planning, and property development, but it's not recommended.
