About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Seeing the world, Programming Stuff, and meeting interesting people

ABOUT ME

I do a sort of computer programming for a living, am finished with my bachelors, and enjoy hanging out with friends and engaging in a few hobbies.
I can ride a unicycle. I enjoy well made beer but often drink cheap/poorly made beer. I enjoy animals a lot, and recently started eating them again.
I also love music, listening to it and trying to make my own. My favorite types are folk and ska and pop-ie indie-ish stuff. I dunno.
I've traveled a fair bit. Once, I spent a semester in the Netherlands. It was amazing and changed my life. I went to a few countries and many cities in Europe while I was there and loved every minute of it. Since then I've lived in Greece and Turkey a bit, and spent some time in Spain.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe a lot of things. Life should be about real things (experiences, friends, honest emotions, music) not fake things (this computer i'm typing on, t.v., cars, cosmetic surgery, most anything that comes from a store ). I think its nice not to eat animals, but I eat them anyways. Basically I think its a good idea to get out of your comfort zone and experience life, while being as nice as possible to all the living things around you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done is studying in Maastricht, Netherlands. It changed my life in ways i don't understand yet. Too cool of an experience for words.

The second most amazing thing i did was drive(ride) with all my friends from San Diego over to Tennessee for an awesome music festival called Bonnaroo.

Also, short stints of living in Turkey and Greece rank up there.

Teach, Learn, Share

My most polished skill is web site development since that's what I do for a living. I would love to teach people how to do this. I'm not good at the design. I focus more on the actual programming. Programming is lots of fun. Its a nice skill I would love to share. The only other things I could teach are basic guitar chords/songs and how to ride a unicyle, but the unicyle is more about practicing alot. I could get you started tho :-P

I love learning anything I can, right now I want to learn Turkish for practical reasons.
