My wife Gracie and I are traveling through the U.S. to explore and see parts of our own country we've never experienced. We are both midwesterners that lived in DC for five years and now are moving from Chicago, where we've lived for just under a year.

We have hosted and been hosted. I met many people through couchsurfing during my time in DC and had fantastic experiences abroad as well. We are a community and together, we can explore and take care of each other!

Couchsurfed in Europe in 2008, hosted in DC for three years.
