meeting new people, embracing the opportunity of getting a better insight in places and ideas that I have the chance of encountering. CURIOSITY!

Intereses

I love music, been playing the guitar for about 10 years, have also been DJing for a while. It reaches from electronic housy musik, Rock, Heavy Metal, Death Metal, GRIND CORE B-) 60ies, 70ties, over classical and traditional ethnic music... but leaves out the iTunesTOP10ish stuff
I apprechiate a variety of sports, like rock climbing, mountainbiking, hiking, surfing, fitness, all in all just being active... but kinda disabled at the moment, having issues with my knee -.-#

Apart from these hobbyish things, I like experiencing diffrent cultures. As a chinese major I'm pretty interested in Greater China, overseas Chinese 華僑 and 華裔 and their perception of their Chinese identity. Also moments and processes where cultures clash together and fabricate something new.
People, who have made inspiring choices of life.
Besides that also lots of politics. You know, Europe is a terrible mess at the moment...
