Born and raised in a California mountain town, but looking to explore the world! I am an undergraduate student studying Biomedicine and Modern Languages: Spanish, hoping to attend medical school in the upcoming years and pursue a career as a surgeon. I consider myself a very curious, independent, enthusiastic person and I am always excited to explore new realms of the world.

I traveled to Tanzania, Africa and built/refurbished a primary school in one of the local villages. I was fairly young, traveling for the first time from the US with a group of strangers and learning a completely new language. I feel this was a big leap for me and I am so thankful for the opportunity.
