ABOUT ME

I'm (see my age on the left), born and living in Lisbon, studied Social Psychology in the university, but I'm not working on that. I've been traveling around, in search for my True Self, in my spiritual journey, and that journey is getting really close to an end!=)

Advaita - Non-Duality (we can talk about that in person - it works better!=P)

Interests

I love music, I love singing, I love playing - drums and guitar. I enjoy writing, I just started writing a book =)

I love being with friends, and I also try to contribute to a better world, hanging around activists and revolutionary people, doing the reLOVEolution!=P

I love nature, forests, mountains, the beach and the sea. I can stare at birds, seagulls, ducks, fishes and whatever else for hours. I laugh just watching cats doing their stuff! There is a silence and depth in the natural world I can't find in the jungle of the modern cities and societies. Rivers are great and clouds are awesome. The sky is boundless. Trees are just lovely beings.

I love the night, the unfathomable black sky filled with stars and I'm born anew in the quietness of the dark hours of the day. I love to walk with my earphones, wander through the streets and just dance and sing while the world sleeps quietly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been nine months in a Zen monastery in Japan, was hit with the stick, shaved my head and meditated for 11 hours a day! There are pics on my website (the second one).

I've had a police officer pointing a gun at me and nervously arresting me. I ended up spending the night in a cell - for "recycling" food from trash containers of a multinational supermarket in France.

I've seen cleary and unmistakably the ineffable true nature of my own Being...

Teach, Learn, Share

Being with people is always an opportunity to learn and teach. Being with one self with eyes open too! Learning is basically being alive with the senses open wide. The lessons are everywhere. Teaching is to open wide others' senses and then jumping in!

I can teach you Portuguese and a bit Spanish, how to play drums and a bit guitar, some juggling. Oh, and I can teach you how to find your true self and realize eternal peace and freedom. I can at least show you the door. Most people aren't interested in walking in though!=)
