Hi there!

I’m coming to do an ERASMUS at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from January 15 to May 31, 2019. With that said, I'll be backpacking and couchsurfing in Madrid until early February.

Briefly about me: I’m a Portuguese-born 23 year-old man with an unraveled curiosity, a musical mind and a poetic soul :P I’m a voracious reader, a wild traveler and a devoted relationship-builder!

I have studied, worked and lived in over three countries and now I’m off to some great new adventures in Madrid : D So whether you have a couch/ bed or just wanna meet up for food n'drinks, give me a shout :))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because couch surfing is essentially a truly social experience and makes it easy and affordable to share and exchange our own experiences in profound and meaningful ways bla bla!

Interests

Argh, so many..
Spending quality time with family and friends
Enjoying clever sense of humor (please don't save me some sarcasm or irony)
Studying social sciences (I know right?! boringgg. but I like it!)
Hitch hiking (especially the hitching bit lol)
Swimming (I'm a merman, don't tell anyone)
Partying all night long (best known as "the-last-one-to-leave")
Attending art shows and exhibitions (always down for theatre, dance or fine arts)
Trying to play violin (I repeat, "trying")
Watching movies and TV shows (it's hard to beat my movie record, but you can try)
Dinning over a glass of good wine (ask any Portuguese, true story)
Coffee and drinks (and some shots in between, maybe XD)
Backpacking and CouchSurfing (of course! but as long as we have the same definition of couch or bed)

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very eclectic taste for music, so I go for whatever the mood I'm in really. Could be reggae, pop, classical, instrumental, minimal, trance, latin, fado, etc.
With movies the story isn't much different, but I'd rather write down a few TV shows I followed recently: Killing Eve, Dark, Big Little Lies, Ozark, Shameless, Handmaid's Tale, Young Sheldon, etc.
I wish I had more time for some good-quality literature reading, but lately has been pretty much all scientific and academic papers and reports.. it is more interesting then it sounds though XD
