I'm friendly but (usually) not insistently so. I try to listen as opposed to wait to talk; sometimes I fail. I'm overly enthusiastic. I'm happily married and not looking to couch surf as some sort of insanely elaborate hookup strategy. I'm uncomfortable with the number of times the pronoun "I" has appeared in this profile. I will be willing to wash dishes, help with the cooking, buy food, etc. I will not have enough cash to break a $100 bill.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a writer with the OC Register and my goal is to couch surf as part of a series of columns tentatively called "Sleeping Around Orange County." The columns will appear online and in the paper. I will not exploit anybody or their story.
