My mission is to make someone experience a little bit of my joburg and maybe one day pay it forward. I want to show someone what SA has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I'm a fun loving, entertaining, (try to be) funny guy that will go to the ends of the earth to make anyone feel comfortable and secure. The worst thing in the world is if someone feels unwelcome in my place. I love laughing and taking adventures to random places. I have travelled all over South Africa and have met some amazing people and would love to share that with someone from abroad. I am not the greatest tour guide, but if i can make your adventure memorable - i will do it! All my friends will say that sometimes my heart is too big for my own good and i would be happy to welcome anyone into my home!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I visited London in 2013 by myself and i thought while i was there it would have been cool to meet up with locals - when i got back from my travels someone told me about CS.

I started my profile to welcome people to beautiful SA and more specifically JHB. I welcome CSurfers the way i would like to be welcomed and try my utmost to make it as comfortable and entertaining as possible. I want show visitors what African hospitality is all about.

Interests

Even tough i do love reading i prefer being around mates! I love going to the market places on the weekend and enjoying a craft beer or five. With the industry that i work i enjoy talking about politics and economics. But at the same time life is too short too always talk business so i love talking about movies and series and the stupid stuff! Like how girls think their poo smells like roses and the justification behind it. With my very opinionated friends more than should probably be allowed i love playing devils advocate to drive conversation and see what people really think. I am a people's person through and through and if people don't like me, it's ok. We don't have to like everyone in the world! I'm honest, loyal and a proper TROOPER!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There has been a few, but the two that come to mind is going to Zanzibar for a holiday by myself! The people, the culture, the food and the views were absolutely majestic.

I went skydiving - Enough said!!
