I am working for the city of Hannover in a cultural center. I have been self employed as a party- / concert promoter and have been working a lot of different things. At the moment I am very content with my job as it gives me a lot of time to travel and take care of my hobbies. The one thing that persists is collecting records and playing them at parties, bars or just for my friends at home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's much more of an experience to stay at people's places than in a hotel. I do share my flat at home with my roommates so I am used to this type of situation. I do travel alone most of the times so coming home to a host is a welcome diversion. I do not need much comfort when travelling and I like to get to know how people live in other parts of the world.

Interests

Obviously music and records and that with a lot of variety: Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, Disco, Reggae, Punkrock and much more. Also skateboarding, even though I have broken too many bones and now use it for getting from A to B mostly. I do like making music, hanging out with friends and good convesations ranging from BS to rocket science. I also like the internet :)

See above for music. I used to study politics, so I read a lot of books on political themes, society, nevironmenal stuff. do also like fiction. I do like a good movie, mostly independent stuff.
