ABOUT ME

Music, yes, I know that maybe this is a cliche, but I think my life should have a soundtrack. Music can describe moments and feelings, music can rest my soul.
So, as you can see, music is a big part of me.
I also love to travel, the best experiences that I had in my life were during trips around the world, when I made friends from all over the places, met new cultures, had new experiences and dealt with all kind of awkward/funny situations.
Nowadays I am studying Economics and International Relations in Florianópolis, Brazil. I just returned from Germany, where I studied in Dresden for six months, and as I said before, was one of the best experiences of my life.
I love sports, and as a "good" brazilian, I enjoy soccer, but to be honest, my favorite sports are American Football, Swimming and Poker... yes, I think poker is a sport, just like chess :)
I like to try all kind of foods as well and I think I am a pretty good cooker, at least for my taste, hahah, but I have to confess that I am a bit lazy when it comes down to this topic.
And last but not least, I like to read, watch some movies, go to the beaches (that's grat,I live i an Island!!), hang out with my friends and, of course, partying. But lately I'm having a hard time to do all this kind of things, cause I am currently writing my thesis!

Oh yeah, and I forgot to tell that I used to have a band, but that was a long time ago, now I just play guitar for fun!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just moved in to a new apartment, but as soon as everything is organized me and my friends will be happy to host you as a surfer! We love to meet people from all over the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was Introduced to CouchSurfing by my girlfriend, by the moment she met it she was always talking about CS and I'd never cared to much about it. Then one day we were planning a trip to London, Liverpool and Dublin and she said "we are going to surf".

I said ok, and that was the moment I realized that this is awesome. The people who hosted us were amazing, each one with a different story to tell, different experiences and, as I said before, with something to teach, something that makes you think about yourself and about your life, that is great.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hm, the foolish are the ones that think they know everything. That is what I think, everybody has something to learn and something to teach. I've learned a lot in my life with my friends, parents, my younger brother and my girlfriend, and I'm pretty sure I've teached them something too, even if it was a bit.

So I'm pretty sure that if we met, even just for a day, we can learn from each other.
