About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To continue discovering myself and what I love to do
ABOUT ME
I enjoy a good argument, errr I mean debate... I am loquacious, energetic, love to laugh but also friendly and understanding.
People say I am funny... but I've never known why.
My friends say I'm over educated... but that you could never tell.
PHILOSOPHY
Nothing is completely itself without everything else...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to surf some couches!
Hopefully when I am in the position to I will host couch surfers myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been lucky enough to be dragged out of bad situations (like driving a scooter in monsoon rains at night in Thailand) by friendly people who let me crash on their couch... but I have no 'formal' couch surfing experiences.
Interests
All types of music really get me going, but in particular punk, classic rock, almost ANYTHING between 1920-1950 (especially jazz swing at the moment), growing appreciation of experimental electronica.
Learning languages are possibly one of the most interesting aspects of travelling for me... that and the food!
I read as much as I can and am always looking for a good trade while on the move. A quiet place with a beautiful view and a good book is one of the best places to be in my mind.
Plant knowledge, both medicinal uses and farming practice, is something that I am very interested in. I hope to be able to exchange as much functional knowledge (such as making your own Almond milk or how to cure tobacco!) with people as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering in Andoung Tuek, a small town in Koh Kong province Cambodia, was an absolutely amazing experience. I worked with an amazing Khmer family and had two amazing bosses, Lim and Sopheap, who were friendly, experienced and motivating. All of us together were able to implement some long dreamed plans that the Botumsakor Community Development Organization had. All of the people involved in this organization are amazingly, motivated youth who will greatly improve their communities and country. I love to see the evolving faces of the community through the facebook photos that are updated monthly and stay in contact as much as possible.
