I've been practicing and teaching yoga for about 10 years now, and I also happen to be an architect. Currently, I'm living in India, where I've been exploring the Sivananda tradition for the past six years, mostly in Latin America and the Bahamas. Right now, I'm up in the northern part of India, surrounded by beautiful mountains, taking things slow and soaking in the spiritual vibe. I'm really into Kirtan and try to stick to a daily routine that keeps me grounded. India's a fascinating place, and I'm just enjoying every moment of getting to know it better.
