About Me

Born and raised in Santiago of Chile, but a travel lover since I was a little girl. I grow up traveling a lot through the landscapes of the south of Chile, camping with my family at first and then conquering my own trips.
I had the opportunitty to expend a semester abroad in Strasbourg, France, wich ended up deffinig my love to travel.

I studied Geography, but my main interest are in migrations and urban developping and planning. So you can count on me for long conversations about nature, landscapes, urbanism and territorial dinamics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because it seems to be a great way to meet new people and other cultures. I believe that travel is an experience that should consist of immersing oneself in new cultures and what better way to do it than with those who inhabit the territories

Interests

I am very interested in learning, whatever it is and what I can most, get everything out of each experience and add it to my life. I love the history and what it has to tell us about who we are. I believe that each city speaks for itself of those who inhabit it, and that as humans we leave a trace that remains present in each step we take, in each person we know, in each place we visit.

A great fan of cinema and series, always looking for new titles to watch. Also a beer lover, so if you have some recomendations of local craft beer to taste please let me know.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music, I think there is no good or bad music, just different times to meet it. See live music or go dancing are liberating experiences that bring me a lot of happiness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the most incredible things I have done was to dare to travel alone with my backpack around Europe, so far one of the most challenging things I have done and that I believe one of the most enriching experiences I have ever experienced.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been learning to dance Cuban salsa and bachata for a while, so if you're interested in learning you can count on me for some classes or to go dancing. Always open to listening to new bands or doing singing sessions. I have a lot of information about the culture and history of my country that I am happy to share if you want to learn.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you are interested in learning or practicing Spanish, to know a little about the culture, history and traditions of Chile, you can count on me. Do you want information about what to do in Chile? Unmissable places in Santiago? Good bars or places to party? Here I am to advise and accompany you if you have the time.
