About Me

I am a 31 year-old graduate in environmental engineering.

In my spare time I like reading autobiographical books, volunteering and practicing open air sports such as climbing, skiing, mountain biking and kayaking.

I love travelling as well as exposing myself to challenges.
My next journey will take place on the long track that links Brescia (my town) to Mosca by bicycle.

Philosophy:
Life is too short to spend “ten years” to become friends with someone and it’s better to be open and friendly from the first meeting!

Life is unexpected: you never know who will cross your path. Someone will spend with you a few days, someone will be at your side for years and someone else will just be there for a reason!

Thanks to Couchsurfing I met so many great people: soul mates, likeminded people, inspiring people with beautiful souls.

Leave it better than you found it.
When I meet a host I try to help as much as I can at home, take care of things as it would be my own house, save energy.
I try to be humble, quite and respectful and suit host‘s schedule and plan my things accordingly, and I think it’s bare minimum we can do to keep our community thriving.

It’s not about place to stay, it’s about people, I feel so happy I could experience little part of local life and that people let me be part of their life (I feel like I’m actress in totally different movie now, lol, it’s a cool experience).

People all around the world are so different, but we have so much in common and all the differences didn't make sense anymore: our language, cultural background, colour of the skin!

It's a beautiful experience! And I’m happy to be able to do the same and help others :)

Every place reminds me about certain people I’ve met there!

I've started using CS in Sardinia during a bike trip over 1000 kilometers long and it proved to be the best trip of my life (so far).. and the beginning of a great adventure, of a new way of travelling!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet different people, to know their cultures, to eat the local food, to share our stories, to live the way in which local people do, and it is really fun!

I like getting in contact with the local people and the real culture of a country when I travel. I like to learn about traditions and local custom, and also to meet people and make friends.

I think there is no way to get a deep knowledge of a region, than meeting their people.

I'm so grateful you all changed ("enriched") my life, I'm learning so much about different cultures and I'm meeting so many likeminded people, even we grown up in different parts of the planet, in different cultures, religions and speak different languages, but still have so much in common!

Now I see the whole planet like a big family and all the people I don't know = are my friends I didn't make yet! I feel save and happier to have friends in any part of the planet!

I think Couchsurfing is one of the best parts about traveling, especially meeting interesting and lovely people. I’m constantly learning and my hearth traveling when I host couch surfer from all over the words!

✨Happiness comes from giving, not buying and having

😍The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes

✈️The value of your travels does not hinge on how many stamps you have in your passport when you get home - and the slow nuanced experience of a single country is always better than the hurried, superficial experience of forty countries

Countries I’ve Visited
