I'm an italian aeronautical engineer, with a true passion for mountains and everything that's related to it, from hiking,, skiing, biking, fishing, mushroom hunting, but especially rock climbing.
I graduated from college a couple of moths ago, and I decided I was going to travel and discover Canada for a while.
I'm in love with helicopters, and my plan is to get into a flight school in Canada sometime in the near future.
I grew up in a large family , and had to deal with three younger sisters .
When I was 17 I moved to New York and graduated there from highschool.
I spent the next 5 years of college back in Italy living out of home and that's probably when I got into cooking.
I love cooking italian food and always trying new recipes.
Other than english I've studied spanish for 9 years .
