About Me

I am 24, live in Naples since I was born and know every secret part of the city. Even if I am studying to get a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering (I already have Bachelor), I also work as an enogastronomic journalist for the most selled journal of southern Italy (Il Mattino) and one of the best Italian enogastronomic sites (www.lucianopignataro.it). This is to say that I can bring you to the best pizzerias, restaurants and any place where to eat you want to try in Naples. Also pubs and beershops, for I write mostly about that. I really like beer, but makes me think more than I do when sober! Speaking of me as a person, I am nice, always polite in any situation. I am also fun, for I always tell jokes, even about myself. I like people and enjoy meeting and speaking to them. I also am a Mensa (The High IQ Society) member, so a bit of intelligence is included in my offer to you. Come on, do you want a beer? :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

I love jazz and rock in all of their shapes, even thou I like many other music genres. F. Sinatra, E. Presley, L. Armstrong, E. Fitzgerald, J. Coltrane, T. Monk, M. Davis, J. Garbarek, The Queen, Deep Purple, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, The Who, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Guns'n'Roses, Black Sabbath, U2, RHCP, B. Dylan, E. Clapton, Linkin Park, Sting, but also The XX, Sigur Ros, Cigarettes After Sex, Mogwai. This is just a small part of what I usually listen to.
About books, I read a great number of books, even thou the 4 ones that had a great impact on my life have been: Siddharta by H. Hesse, Flowers for Algernon by D. Keyes, Jonathan Livingston Seagull by R. Bach, On The Road by J. Kerouac. The reasons? When we meet, then I'll tell you!
For films I am passionate about comedies, but I also love heavier ones. Maybe in this field you will suggest me something, won't you?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was born.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you which are the parameters that identify a good pizza and a good beer. We can talk about gastronomy, science, literature and of course funny things, especially when drinking! Ahahah! Laughing is never a crime. I am also good at cooking, but I am more at eating.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A kind, polite person, good at doind all works required in a house, confident with speaking and jokes. I am also a great companion at drinking: alcohol makes me think more than I already do. And I am studying engineering...
