Well, what do one say about oneself? First, hi everyone! I'm a 20 year old, proud Norwegian.

I like to think of myself as a spontaneous and adventurous person, although that's not always the case. Some days I kind of just want to lay in bed, and not do anything.

I love seeing new sights, exploring and learning about new places and cultures. I don't travel with fully booked days, I like to talk to people and find out what's worth seeing in stead. I love it when other travelers or someone local takes me in on their own plans so we can go sightseeing together! Shared experiences are always much more fun :) and besides, you get to know new people!

I'm also an animal lover, so if you have any pets, that won't be a problem!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Me and my best friend are backpacking through South America and Europe this spring. We really want to meet new people, and experience the culture first hand.

Interests

I used to dance at a local dance school, where I've taken classes in hip hop, jazz funk and Latin dances.

I love reading, writing and watching tv shows/movies. I mostly read in English, as I'm interested in developing my own language skills. Because of this interest, I'm starting my study in 'translation and intercultural communication' this fall.

Last, but not least, I'm interested in football(soccer), and my love is strong for the football team of my town, Molde fotballklubb!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I love music. I live for live music, and can enjoy myself at whatever concert. You can find me singing along to almost anything, even when I don't know the lyrics.

Movies: Again, no specific genre. I love Memento, The Dark Knight trilogy, Good Will Hunting, Perks of being a wallflower and 10 things I hate about you. To name a few..

Books: I also love reading. Drama, thrillers, romances, fantasy, biographies.. I'm open for anything! Unfortunately I'm not reading as much as I'd like, so I've ended up collecting a bunch, and I swear, I will read them all one day!

The most amazing thing I've done, is the thing I'm currently doing; backpacking through Europe and South America!
