Hello,

I am Andrea, and I am a very flexible and zero expectations person. I try to live my life as easy as possible and I am very keen to meet new people. I am talkative, but love to have particularly deep-topic conversations. I am passionate about movies, history and art, but literally can speak about everything, as long as my new friends finds our discussion enriching and enjoyable.

I finished my studies at the University of Glasgow and plan to continue studying my Masters in the UK. At the moment, I am working for the EU, but I am for sure not a typical EU bureaucrat haha :) I try to be down-to-earth and empathetic, and most of all, always open-minded, allowing myself to be challenged with new perspectives on life!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - huge Andrey Tarkovsky fan, but overall can have a very deep discussion about filmography :) I used to play in a theatre and am passionate about movies.
Music - everything, from electro to opera, basically you can see me listening to Coldplay and right after that switching Edit Piaff and then to System of Down... I am just an eclectic person with an interesting music taste for everything haha :)
Books - Russian literature in particular, but since my Uni requires me to read a lot, I tend to prefer audio-visual material lately

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked from the most northern point of Slovakia to the most southern point. Since then I know that planning to walk more than 40km a day is not feasible, haha (and also I learned that you really need only that one T-shirt and shorts, nothing more).

I am a specialist in the South Caucasus and Central Asian region and love to share my knowledge about history.
I am also very happy to share with you my travel experience and am well-known amongst my friends for my specific taste for fashion. So, in case you need someone to advise you what new clothes to buy, I am your partner in crime for this ;)
