About Me

Designer, runner's high addict, introverted extrovert, Tyrion Lannister fan. Expressing myself through design and making awesome waffles. I like exploring new things and meeting lovely open minded people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet some similar minded people from all over the world. I can host you at my tiny place if you don't mind sharing a double bed or I can show you around the area and we can grab some coffee or..beer?

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a huge part of my life and it is pretty impossible to choose just few favourites. My preferences are changing with moods, seasons or a time of the day. Anything from Badly Drawn Boy, Johnny Cash to Muse, indie and alternative to occasional EDM, deep house (I do like to party every now and then) classical..it's a LOT.

Movies and series - well not much time for that lately, the last time I was binging on Game of Thrones, but I enjoy films with certain depth and meaning - think 12 Angry Men, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind or classic Forrest Gump. That's not to say I am all serious. I love comedy. British humour especially - John Cleese, Ricky Gervais, sitcoms like the Office, Black Books or Father Ted..gimme gimme gimme.

Books - I love books (and I own way too many books that are on my "to-do-list" ) just struggle to find time so reading experience has been lately reduced to UX and design resources.
But generally, like with movies, I like a food for my brain - be it sociology, learning about history, how stuff works, soul warming works of Paolo Coelho or biographies of amazing people who inspire me - Elon Musk is definitely on my shelf:) ...And my favourite book ever...the Little Prince.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have fulfilled my dream of visiting Israel and hiked around Mitzpe Ramon crater. Also got to see complimentary airstrikes as a bonus experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Aside from teaching you the odd Czech phrase (that is likely to be something rude, let's be real:) I am always happy to talk about anything thought provoking or meaningful. I love to learn about others and their stories because it's these little moments that make life so beautiful. Happy to share a drink, long run in the park, make you awesome Smazak or breakfast waffles, teach you few steps of salsa or talk some design stuff:)
