Hi, Salut, Hola couchsurfing community!

I'm a peruvian student in Economics doing a double degree in Strabourg-France for the entire year 2017. So, I'm trying to travel as much as I can to experience the best year of my life. This year I discovered a new passion: travel with no plans in mind.

I love food and cooking, I'm really curious and I enjoy a lot discovering new dishes (also the spicy ones, I love spicy!), some of them are totally strange for me, but I'll only know it the moment when I try it :). I love beers as I love food, here in Europe I discovered the delight of drink litters and litters of beer week after week.

As my stay in Strasbourg is temporary and I leave in a university residence I cannot host people, but I can show you the city :)

For me couchsurfing brings one the possibility to increase the travel experience, contacting you with local people, who share your same interests, and showing you new life styles. I personally belive that being more empathic with other's culture and open-minded can be the beggining of great solutions for the current major problems in our society as the migration policies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decide study one year abroad in France, made me change my perspective of life, go outside my confort zone breaking paradigms, and explore amazing places with amazing people.

Teach, Learn, Share

It will be really greatfull for me to teach something about my own culture: Peruvian culture, rich of history, gastronomy ( This is a typical topic of conversation, call me crazy but for me FOOD IS JUST EVERYTHING) and memorable events and traditions. I can also teach some words or prhases in spanish, but the latin/peruvian one ;)

There is always something to learn from the other person, i'm totally open minded, a good listener and reasonable. Along this year I've met people with different religion, opinions, traditions, interests and vision of life; I can say proudly that I've never experienced bad moments, on the contrary in my opinion a smile, good vibes and be not afraid to speak are the basic tools for enjoy with them and have memorable moments that will rest on your mind and heart for the rest of your days.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good friendship with responsibility as a principal pillar. For me an "accepted request" means accepted, that host and hosted are agree to meet with friendship purpose only, respect the rules of the host house and exchange ideas and opinions in conversations. I particularly don't like when persons delete requests with no explanation, a simple message line will make a difference ;)

And finally but not least, the possibility to host you in Peru when i'll return (2018), an amazing country that will take your breath and surprise you in all the aspects.
