About Me

I love traveling, books and Chipotle. Pinterest is my favorite phone application and elephants are my favorite animal. Though I'm dual majoring in Business Management and Science, Technology and Society, I'm also considering a minor in Electronic Arts because I love photography.

I will be studying abroad in the Fall of 2020 at the Bocconi University of Business in Milan, Italy so any advice regarding travel in Italy or Europe in general is much appreciated!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I visited Ireland with a scholarship in high shool I fell in love with traveling. Through the creative writing program in Dublin, I got to explore what felt like a whole new world and meet some incredible people. Since then all I want to do was travel further. As a fulltime college student, I cannot afford much outside of school, but Couchsurfing is the perfect solution to affordable travel and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

My everyday go-to music is alternative rock like AJR but I also love classical and swing music. Recently I've also gotten really into musicals like Hamilton and Hadestown. I love pretty much all action movies and fun procedural TV series like Psych and Hawaii Five-0. Bookwise Harry Potter will always be my go-to, but I also love The Great Gatsby and books based on true stories like Hidden Figures or Spare Parts.

Full disclosure: I volunteered since I was 12 and worked officially for my local library since I was 16 and still managed to spend my money mostly on books so chances are that if you like reading, we'll get along great.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The coolest thing I've ever done is probably drive 50 hours over the course of 10 days from Phoenix, AZ to Troy, NY when I became a student at RPI. My family and I stopped across several cities along the way as tourists and it was such a great experience because we got to explore new areas together before I officially left home for college.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm fluent in Spanish and very good at cooking Mexican food if anyone is interested in learning either.
I'm willing to learn and share anything, especially stories!!

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Ireland, Mexico

Countries I’ve Lived In
