I joined this experience because I consider couchsurfing one of the best way of travelling or, when I can't move, to share. I'll be glad to share my house, my friends and my life with you, but I ask you to do the same. So please, If you aren't interested in talking with me about your stories, taking a walk or a beer togheter, or sharing a day outside, I'm not the person you are looking for ;)

This is the reason why I prefer to host during weekends, when I have enough time to dedicate for you

CURRENT MISSION

I moved to Milan one year ago, where I'm actually living and working , so this is a sort of "transition time" for me. My next target is improving my english skills, and traveling as much as I can. I love meeting people of different culture , it's a chance to improve myself I think,so definitively couchsurfing is the right way to feed my curiosity.

Hello!!

I think I'm a very positive person. I love smiling and make people smile too, because in my opinion all is possible by showing the best part of you, in every situation. I like to be sorrounded by people (but only by who can give me good time), even if sometimes I prefer to take some time by myself, thinking or reading a book.
I think that the best way to spend time is traveling , knowing other people and, above all, meeting different cultures and ways of thinking.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that the keyword in the life is "curiosity". Is the curiosity that makes you interested to know, in each situation, and the knowledge makes men feel alive.
So, I'm curious everytime I go outside in my city, when I'm alone in a foreign country, or when I meet someone walking along the streets.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During last years, while I was still living in Naples, I started my couchsurfing experience hosting some people and showing them my city. Now I would like to do the same in Milan, where I currently live.

Interests

I'm very dynamic, and I always have to do something. I played basketball for 12 years, but I love all kinds of sport and played a lot of them (soccer, ping-pong, biking, sailing, kayak, running, tennis, swimming, volleyball).
I like reading books or taking photos of all attract my attention, and I really enjoy doing trekking in wild places, going up on mountains or walking in woods with rivers and waterfalls (my favourite!!).
I usually spend my time with friends simply drinking some beer and staying outside, in the city center or in some city parks.
In the last months I've discovered the photography, and sometimes, when I've some time to spend, take the bike and go to shoot some pictures of landscapes.
I'm enchanted by everything is "endless", like the ocean, or the starry nights.

Music, Movies, and Books

books: The alchemist, la cattedrale del mare, l'ombra del vento, uno nessuno e centomila, il cacciatore di aquiloni.

movies: Into the wild, the legend of 900, Dead Poets Society, A Beautiful mind, Inception, The lord of the rings.

music: it depends on my mood, but I usually prefer rock & Indie. I love (for example) Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, Guns N'Roses, Metallica, Depeche Mode, Kings of Leon, Mumford & Sons, White Lies. I like also listening to the piano.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Portugal, I swam completely naked under an over 10 meters high waterfall (sooooo cold!!!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I may teach you Italian language (and, of course, well famous italian gesture!!), and how to prepare some delicious Italian food. I could also suggest you the best places to eat pizza or our specialities. I can show you a lot of amazing places of Milan.

I'd like to learn something about you and your home-country, about your life and your culture, therefore something of you!! Everything you can show me, will make me happy (and wiser!). Furthermore, I'll be glad to speak with you, making my english better!

What I Can Share with Hosts
