Well here goes my cheesy spiel ;)

I was born in Slovakia but have lived in Canada for ages. Most recently I have spent a year in New Zealand in Queenstown where I have met the most amazing people who really made my experience so much more fun, interesting and sometimes even challenging ;D....all in a good way of course. After I left New Zealand I travelled through Asia for a month and a half and now my compass is pointing towards Australia.

I love meeting new pepople and finding out their life stories. It's always so intriguing and motivating to hear how people get to certain places and situations in life.
As per hobbies, to have a snowboard strapped to my feet and cruise around in the mountains is where I find my zen. I also do enjoy a good hike and am always down to pursue any watersports in the summer. (especially wakesurfing). I have tried surfing in the ocean, thinking it would be easier considering I have done a few board sports in my life....boy was I wrong! I trully suck at surfing. So if u kill it on a wave in the ocean, any pointers would be greatly appreciated :)

Since I love being around people, my favourite thing to do is hang with rommates or friends over a glass of wine. Somehow the crazy nights out on town are not so appealing anymore although I find myself out and about every once in a while if my friends drag me out. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am super green to couch surfing so I hope I can soon share some of my experiences.
I am super appreciative of all the hosts and people out there who offer their places to all the travelling couchsurfers and I hope to pay it forward and become a host as well once I am setteled back in Canada :) And hopefully create some new friendships though this experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all sorts of music depending on my mood. Right now you would find on my ipod a bit of Tropical House, Dance, Altenative, Rock.....

My favourite show is hands down "Shameless" (if you haven't started watching it's a must!)

Right now I can literally rewatch "The Horrible Bosses I & II" over and over. The humor is absolutely brilliant.

I love to read and have read a ton of books of all different genres. My most recent one was "Code of Conduct"by Brad Thor

I also am really into nutrition so I always have some kind of a book started on that topic...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are countless amazing memories and activities I have done however I am super lucky to say that going Heli-Boarding was quite exhilirating :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Life is amazing as is, including all the ups and downs because we wouldn't be the people we are without the bumps on the road so embrace the bumps, learn from them and move on so you can enjoy the rest of the ride.

I have plenty of stories to share and hopefully we can have a good laugh about some of them. I also like to hear your stories ....

One thing to know about me is that I am super respectfull towards other peoples' places and know how to clean up after myself. I am very independent and can entertain myself when you want/need your space. I am very easygoing and love to cook ;)
