About Me

In essence, I love to travel but in depth, I love to connect. I like to immerse in a new culture and meet new people (locals and travellers) from whom I can learn more about their culture and also share about my country and culture.
I don't like to go on luxury trips. I can go to an expensive city but try to move, eat and live as locals do. I normally stay at hostels or Airbnb. I like to go on adventures, especially exploring volcanos, ruins, beaches and historical places.
I'm very easy going and adapt easily. When I'm on the go, I like to make friends from around the world and tends to happen that I'm always the first Salvadorean they meet so I'm used to introducing my country to travellers/foreign and I love to do it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet travellers in my country or when I travel to their country. I would love to show you El Salvador.

Interests

I like cultural exchange and to connect with people from different countries. I would love to talk more about my country or my trips and hear from your travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like electronic music and also other latin genders.
I like mystery and action movies, also a good comedy is always fun to watch.

Lately, I like to read about personal growth, meditation, entrepreneurship, different cultures, travel destinations, online marketing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like volcanos a lot. I had hike 4 volcanos and did sandboarding in one of them. My goal is to hike the most amazing volcanos in Central America and later around the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

El Salvador is a small country and I recommend you to spend most of the time on the outsides (mountain/beach). The city is growing fast and is becoming more and more modern, which is good if you want to do some shopping and eat at expensive restaurants, otherwise, I recommend you to relax at the beach or mountain.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can take you on a tour to show you the most beautiful places in my country:
- San Salvador Historic Center
- San Salvador Volcano
- Santa Ana Volcano
- Izalco Volcano
- La Ruta de Las Flores (6 colourful towns in the mountains near lakes, waterfalls, hot springs, coffee plantations, traditional food and a wonderful weather)
- El Tunco Beach

Depending on how many days you are visiting El Salvador, I can help you choose the itinerary that best fits your interests and I can guarantee you will be safe.
I can also show you around other beaches, mountains, Mayan ruins, volcanos and cities like Santa Tecla, Santa Ana, Nuevo Cuscatlan.

If you are wondering about the food and Salvadorian traditions, of course, I will talk about that and take you to the best places to eat pupusas!
