Overview
About Me
I'm easygoing and love to meet new people. I also like to be active and try activities that challenge me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would love to meet locals and fellow travellers. I am obsessed with learning, and I think that meeting people and having new experiences is the way to connect with my sense of meaning and purpose. I especially love an experience that connects to my value of leaving a place a little better off than when I arrived.

Music, Movies, and Books
With music, I am all over the map! I'm big on books that inspire my work as a mental health clinician. I love learning about different healing perspectives, so I'm currently doing tons of page-turning on all of Brene Brown's content on courage/vulnerability. I love a film or TV show that makes me feel, learn, or consider a new perspective.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rock climbing in Railay, Thailand. Since then, I have gotten really into climbing at a gym in Toronto and I hope to climb outdoors again soon.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn about you and your way of moving through this incredible and complicated world.
I also love to teach what I know! I have learned to cook some very tasty meals and I love nothing more than to have meaningful chats in a lively, aromatic kitchen.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I pride myself on being a respectful and caring guest or fellow traveller. I will always travel with a sense of leaving a place better than when I came. Quality time, cooking and being respectful to clean up are all natural tendencies for me if I visit/we travel together.
