Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a yoga instructor who thinks that yoga needs to be made accessible for Everybody, not necessarily just for spiritual or wanna be fit people. "I'm just not fit for It" or "I'm not flexible enough" are sentences that I hear a lot. In mine humble opinion that happens because It can get very difficult to perform many asanas. That is why I think that postures need to be broken down (Ayengar style) in order to be performed by anyone, emphasizing the usage of props. Unfortunately the flow of yoga needs to be interrupted in order to improve the alignment and learn the posture! Make the asana as simple as possible is a way to let differently flexible people know yoga. That is me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
In spite of my not yet so extensive expertise, I'm a decent yoga instructor and masseur. I've studied in India and Nepal and I have a passion for anatomy.
